Renaissance Community & Clubhouse

Renaissance is 70 acre 55 plus community located in New Kent County with multiple sections. Shoosmith Construction is handling all aspects of the site construction including land clearing, grading, water utilities, sanitary utilities, storm piping and structures, concrete work, paving and striping. This neighborhood is adjacent to an existing community so we striving to minimize impact to the existing residents during construction. Several sections are complete and work continues on additional sections of the community.
