Groves at New Kent – Townhomes is a 43 acre residential development in New Kent County, Virginia.  The project encompasses a total sitework package including:  clearing, grading, sanitary and storm sewers, water mains and associated water services, sidewalks, road paving and grading for 212 town house units.  This project began in 2021 and lots are turning over to the homebuilders as needed.   This is one  several projects we have constructed for this owner.  It is anticipated that this project will be complete in Spring 2025.
