Landbay 5 is a 67 acre residential development in New Kent County, Virginia.  The project encompasses a total sitework package including:  clearing, grading, sanitary and storm sewers, water mains and associated water services, sidewalks, road paving and grading of 195 residential lots.  This project began in August of 2020 and all lots have been turned over to the homebuilders.  Shoosmith Construction provided value engineering to help the owner reduce earth moving costs to make the project more affordable.  This is the second project for this owner.
