The Westmont

KBS, Inc. - Glen Allen, VA

The Westmont is a new senior living community being constructed in the Short Pump area of Richmond, VA.  The project is located on 5 acres of land.  Shoosmith Construction is responsible for the full site work package on this project.  The first phase of construction included clearing/grubbing, grading, water/sewer/storm utilities and construction of the building pad.  Once the building was completed, Shoosmith crews returned to finish the project with fine grading, concrete and asphalt work.  The project was completed in the December 2020.
