Bainbridge Street Apartments

Shoosmith Construction is providing the entire site package for a two-building apartment complex located on Bainbridge Street in the City of Richmond.  The project began with erosion and sediment controls, clearing and installation of the underground detention system.  The remainder of the site work involves installing the rest of the utilities (storm, sanitary sewer and water/fire lines), grading the site, installing concrete flatwork and paving.  The project began in October 2024 and should finish in March 2026.
