West Creek Medical Office Building 3

Shoosmith Construction is providing the entire site package to a new medical office building located in the Short Pump area of Richmond.   Shoosmith is responsible for installing the erosion and sediment controls, land clearing, grading the entire site, installing the storm/water and sanitary utilities.  Towards the end of the project, Shoosmith will install the sidewalks, curb and gutter followed by asphalt paving and striping of the parking lots/ drive lanes.  This project started in February 2024 and slated to finish in the fall of 2024.
