This project consisted of building a new trucking facility with a large parking area for the tractor trailers to park.  It started with clearing the land and grading the site so construction of the building pad could be completed quickly.  Once the building pad was turned over to the building trades, Shoosmith crews began installing the water, storm and sanitary utilities.  Next in the construction sequence was the grading and placing stone for the large parking area.  Soil management was an important aspect of this project due to the tight working conditions.  Asphalt, concrete and striping the lanes/parking spaces will complete this project in July 2019.
