Westminster Canterbury – Vibrancy

The Westminster Canterbury Vibrancy Project is a large expansion to the current Westminster campus.  This project started in the summer of 2022 and is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2024.  New additions to the existing campus include:  four new apartment buildings, a new apartment tower, new maintenance building, new clubhouse and new pumphouse.  Shoosmith Construction has been involved from the start of the project with E&S controls, clearing, selective site demolition, all underground utilities (water/sewer/storm), storm ponds, constructing new roads, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt, striping and signage.  We have anywhere from two to four crews working on the project at any one time.
