Chudoba Tripoint Logistics

ARCO Design Build - Prince George, VA

The Chudoba Tripoint Logistics project will be a 350,000 square foot warehouse situated on a 40 acre site.   Shoosmith worked to balance the site by using the soil from the ponds to build the 350,000 square foot building pad.  Shoosmith is responsible for the entire site package to include clearing, storm, sanitary and water utilities, site grading, site concrete and asphalt.  The project has a very tight construction schedule which Shoosmith Construction is currently on schedule to meet.  The project started in the fall of 2024 and is slated to be completed in the fall of 2025.
